- 1 cooked chicken/ beef or pork sausage diced
- 1 large potato cubed
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/4 red bell pepper halved
- sliced 3 eggs scrambled (1 whole egg & 2 egg whites)
- 3/4 - 1 tbsps of ketchup
- 1 & 1/2 tsp of light soy sauce
- 1 & 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp of black pepper
- 3/4 tsp of paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or parmesan)
Vegetarian Burrito
- 1/2 large eggplant diced
- 3/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- Salt To Taste
- 1 cup of spinach
- 3/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- Salt to taste 3 eggs (1 whole egg and 2 egg whites)

I cooked the eggplant on medium high eat until soft
