Ingredient List

Non-Vegetarian Burrito

  • 1 cooked chicken/ beef or pork sausage diced
  • 1 large potato cubed
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/4 red bell pepper halved
  • sliced 3 eggs scrambled (1 whole egg & 2 egg whites)
  • 3/4 - 1 tbsps of ketchup
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp of light soy sauce
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp of paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or parmesan)

Vegetarian Burrito

  • 1/2 large eggplant diced
  • 3/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 3/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • Salt to taste 3 eggs (1 whole egg and 2 egg whites)
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or parmesan)

I cooked the eggplant on medium high eat until soft

Condiments Mustard (You can use Ketchup, BBQ Sauce or even chilli sauce) Wraps - Whole Wheat Wraps
