- 1/4 kg of lean mince meat.
- 1 tsp of paprika,
- 1 & 1/2 tsps of cumin,
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper,
- 1 tsp of garlic powder Herbs & Raw Spices
- Cilantro a handful,
- 1 tsp of grated ginger,
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion.
Baked the samosas in a 180 degree oven for 25 mins. Basically until golden to my liking.
