You can make mshkaki in various ways. The key is in the marinade. This is just one way I make my mshkaki.
Ingredient List
- 1/4 kg of beef
- 1 bunch of cilantro (dania)
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp of ginger
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 juicy lemons
- Salt to taste

- 3 capsicums (coloured peppers)
- 1 onion
